Dancing with … Culture, Complexity, Knowledge, Wisdom, Change

In sessions and conversations on the first day of a recent event for Knowledge Management specialists in Berlin, I detected an immense amount of confusion around the themes of Culture, Complexity and Change, with a very strong focus on analytical approaches to people challenges. This was nothing new and did not really surprise me.

For the second day of the Bar Camp, I spontaneously decided to offer a brief (45 minute) workshop to illustrate the inherent multi-facetted multi-layered complexity with which we live.
