- The Essence of Change encompasses us continuously. Yet we fail to recognise it. Why is this?
Belief in the veracity of these Popular and Populist Myths about Change encourages us to design Initiatives that frequently damage the organisation they are intended to benefit.
We will illuminate the nonsense that underlies these myths and contrast their message with that of nature’s natural flows … continuously changing.
Working congruently with these natural flows enables us to Cultivate Healthy Organisations.
