Organisition Change

FACILITATION • COACHING • CONSULTING

Creating and holding a space that enables a group to focus on finding their responses to their challenges.

The group knows what it needs, even if it doesn’t know that it knows.

  • As a Facilitator … I provide orientation, focus and structure, taking care to limit direct interventions.
Most interventions take the form of Questions, which may be conscious provocations.
Suggestions to the group are genuine invitations.
  • As a Coach … I challenge clients to challenge their perspectives.
  • As a Consultant … I support clients in discovering the Questions they really need to answer.
CultureQS

CULTUREQS

How can we accelerate the process of forming deep meaningful connections to enable us to focus on our real work immediately?

The client challenge that sparked the development of cultureQs.

cultureQs is a unique approach to Cultivating Relationships that Matter in Situations that Matter … fast.
Using powerful Questions within a Bohmian Dialogue framework, it inspires participants to reflect on the foundations of their beliefs, attitudes and behaviours.
While engaging in deep meaningful conversations, people connect quickly, enabling the invisible borders that hinder collaboration to fall away.
Wasteful conflict is reduced; people (re-)focus on the personal and professional questions that matter; innovative potential is released and performance is enhanced.

A trusting environment emerged very quickly.
“It’s amazing how quickly you get into topics we wouldn’t normally talk about.”

DANCING WITH CHANGE

CULTIVATING HEALTHY ORGANISATIONS

The focus of this book is Change. It is also Organisation and Society Health. These two notions are so intricately intertwined that they are inseparable in the context of living communities.

Change is possibly the most broadly misunderstood concept in society at large, and particularly in 365 organisational life.

Misunderstandings about the nature of change frequently lead to corporate and organisational initiatives that not only fail to meet their intentions, they may well actually cause more harm than good. If you are a leader in any kind of organisation, I imagine this is something you would like to change. … You can.

What I especially like is that you make the reader think. It kind of pushed me into active thinking. I also enjoy the “open” style layout. Lots of space to breath between the ink.” (Wolfgang Fiebig)
